MASALA PAPAD

It is always a welcome change whenever we go out to eat and when that happens we do order masala papad. It is a good starter and goes well with the north indian cuisine.I also make this at least twice a week not only for lunch or dinner but at tea time too as a snack. It is very tasty and and easy to make as well. You can please your sudden hunger cravings or satisfy hubby or kids sudden demand for something in a hurry.I always like a mild flavoured chaat masala topping for my papad, but it is entirely upto your liking as how much you want it.So let’s see how this simple yet versatile masala papad can be made with different toppings as per your choice. Mine goes like this..
