- 1 cup Green Gram Dal
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 red chilli
- 1 green chilli
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- salt to tatse
- 3 tsp coconut (grated)

Instructions
- Soak green gram dal overnight in water.
- Next day pressure cook green gram in water and salt for 3 whistles.Strain and keep aside.
- In a pan add oil and mustard seeds.Add curry leaves,asafoetida,red and green chilly.
- Add cooked gren gram dal.
- Add grated coconut.
- Mix well.
- Green Gram Sundal is ready.
