BESAN WALI SIMLA MIRCH

This is one yummy exotic dish which I tasted at one of my Marwadi friend’s house.Much back in college days, but I still remember the taste, so flavourful yet crunchy. We always make different gravy items for rotis and phulkas with capsicum. This one uses only one vegetable here and that is king capsicum. You could have this for vrat days as well as  add onion or garlic and include it  in the making.Roasted besan imparts a nice aroma and the coat it gives to capsicum is simply awesome.Do try this tasty dry curry for your rotis and rice,I’m sure you’ll enjoy this.See down the recipe to a good food.
