BISI BELE BATH

Bisi Bele Bath is an authentic recipe of Karnataka. It is widely served in all hotels and the method of preparation varies from place to place and each household.Bisi means hot and bele means pulses and bath is the dish.So I total it is a mixture of dal and rice with many vegatables in a tamarind based graved with grounded spices. It tastes awesome and should be served and eaten hot.I learnt this recipe soon after coming here to Bangalore and MIL also makes it with freshly grounded spices. The method I have used here is the one I have tried many times this recipe and each time relished this recipe. So I can say with confidence this is a fool proof recipe and you can make this with confidence. So do try this and let me know.
