

Vada is liked by all and specially vada made with urad dal.It is soft in the inside and crisp on the outside.I have Methu Vada in my blog and this is just a small variation of adding chopped cabbage into it.I made a week before and specially these snacks come in handy on those days when onion is forbidden to take. Even daughter who likes onion in everything, liked this a lot.The addition of chopped cabbage adds a unique aroma and crispiness to the vada.Do try this vada on a weekend and treat your family.

Instructions
- Make medhu vada batter.Add chopped cabbage
- With the help of a plastic cover make vadas.
- Fry in a pan of hot oil.
- Take out when golden brown
- Cabbage Vada is ready.Enjoy hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.

Keep batter in fridge for easy shaping of vadas.
