- 2 Sweet Lime
- 1 cup water
- a few ice Cubes
- 2 tsps sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt Black

Instructions
- Cut sweet lime into two.
- Peel the skin.
- Cut the segments into two thereby removing seeds.
- Put them in a blender.
- Add sugar and water.
- Blend well.
- Sieve to get clear juice.
- Press well to extract juice with the back of a spoon.
- Add lemon juice.
- Add black salt.
- Mix well.
- Add ice cubes and serve immediately.

- You can add honey in place of sugar.
