BHINDI KURKURE

When I  want something crunchy, tasty and crispy and want to serve with lunch Bhindi Kurkure comes to my mind first. It is so yum that you can’t stop at one.I had it for the first time at  a lunch party hosted by my friend and it was served with Bisi Bele Bath. You can have it with Sambhar Rice as well. There are also other options to have such as having it as a tea time snack too.So suit yourself and make it and serve as you wish.I prefer adding spices mildly, but it is entirely your choice to adjust your level. Scroll here for the recipe.

Notes

You can make the same kurkure with tindora as well.

Addition of pepper will add a nice peppy taste.

Make sure there is no moisture before frying the lady's finger.

You could add amchur powder for extra taste.
