

Baby Corn is one thing which is loved by all kids and with Manchurian it tastes all the more tastier.I have one dry Gobi Manchurian in my blog, but this one is made with gravy and tastes good with any Fried Rice or can be eaten as a whole.I always make this whenever I make Schezwan Fried Rice for my daughter who loves the combo. Iam posting this late, since I made this quite a while before.Baby corns are tender and takes less time to fry and tastes good to eat as it as well.See down below the recipe for Baby Corn Manchurian gravy style and make it for your loved ones and enjoy.

- 5 tsps maida |
- 2 tsps corn flour |
- 1/2 tsp red chilli Powder |
- to taste salt |
- 1/4 tsp ginger Grated |
- 1/4 tsp garlic Grated |
- pinch cooking soda | a
- 10 baby corn |
- 1 onion |
- 1 capsicum |
- 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce |
- 1/2 tsp tomato sauce |
- to taste salt |
- a few coriander leaves |
- 4 tsps spring onion (chopped) |
- 2 tsp Oil (for tossing veggies)
- oil( for deep frying)

- Add maida, red chilly powder, cooking soda and salt, half the amount of grated ginger and half the amount of grated garlic.
- Adding water make a batter without forming lumps.
- Coat babycorn pieces well in the batter.
- In a pan heat oil and deep fry the coated babycorn pieces.
- Take them out once golden brown.
- In a pan add oil followed by grated ginger and garlic.
- Add now chopped onion and fry till translucent.
- Add chopped capsicum pieces followed by tomato sauce and soya sauce.
- Add fried babycorn pieces now.
- Add chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.
- Make a paste out of corn flour and water and add to form a gravy.Mix well
- Mix well.Garnish with chopped spring onion
- Baby Corn Manchurian is served.
Notes.
Adding green chilli sauce enhances the flavour.
Always make the gravy rich with sauces,never too thin.
Add salt as per taste as the sauces have salt content in them.
