It’s weekend again and time to spend time with your family and eat an elaborate meal with your loved ones. As I was traveling could not post for the past two weeks weekend menu plan. This was made two weeks before and this time too it is a full South Indian Thali. It has all the recipes which are already in my blog except for carrot cucumber kosumalli which I plan to post tomorrow. If planned before these meals can be made easily and it would be a nice surprise to the family folks, to present it beautifully. As they say, presentation is equally important as tastefully making them. I made Semiya Payasam, Rice, Cluster Beans Paruppu Usili, Ash Gourd Morkuzhambu, Carrot Cucumber Kosumalli, Medhu Vada and lemon pickle. Of course curd was there but I have not kept it in the picture.
