Vada is liked by all and specially vada made with urad dal is soft inside and crisp outside.I have medhu vada in my blog and this is just a small variation of adding chopped cabbage into it.I made 1 week before and specially these snacks come in handy on those days when onion is forbidden to take.E

  1. Make medhu vada batter.Add chopped cabbage
  2. With the help of a plastic cover make vadas.
  3. Fry in a pan of hot oil.
  4. Take out when golden brown
  5. Cabbage Vada is ready.Enjoy hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.

You can add chopped carrots,grated potatoes for more taste.

Keep batter in fridge for easy shaping of vadas.
