  1. Wash and chop ladyu2019s finger lengthwise. Be sure to wipe in a dry towel before chopping.
  2. Add besan, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and chaat masala powder.
  3. Mix well with your fingers.
  4. Heat oil in pan and fry the coated ladyu2019s fingers in batches.
  5. Fry till golden brown.
  6. Take them on a tissue.
  7. Sprinkle Chaat masala on top and serve immediately as such as a snack or as an accompaniment to rice.

You can make the same kurkure with tindora as well.

Addition of pepper will add a nice peppy taste.

You could add amchur powder for extra taste.
