This Moong Anaar Chaat is a healthy snack option to nibble upon any time of the day.It is calorie free ,crunchy, tasty,filling and takes a few seconds to make.I pack daily a salad too for Ravi with his lunch and I made this a few days back.It was welcomed by all at home and I was all the more happy.So much so that it was liked by his office folks as well.It needs only cutting and assembling of things and I enjoyed making this.The ingredients you use can be as per your likings and enjoy this delighful salad with your family and make sure to include a large bowl of salad daily in your menu.See recipe down below.

Instructions
  1. Soak moong dal in water for half an hour.Deseed pomegranate seeds and keep aside.
  2. Grate carrot and chop cucumber and onion.Chop mint/pudina and coriander leaveAdd chaat masala powder,salt and red chilli powder.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Serve chilled.

Notes.

You can squeeze half a lemon for tangy taste.

You can add 2 green chillies finely chopped for extra spice flavour.

You can add tomatoes,cut pineapples or apples too along with this.

You add green chutney and swwet chutney and top it with omapodi/sev.
