Ingredients
  • 1/2cup moong dal|
  • 1/4cup Pomegranate Seeds|
  • 1 onion|
  • 1 carrotGrated |
  • 1/2 cucumber|
  • 1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2tsp chaat masala
  • A Few coriander leaves
  • A Few mint leaves
  • To Taste salt
Instructions
  1. Soak moong dal in water for half an hour.Deseed pomegranate seeds and keep aside.
  2. Grate carrot and chop cucumber and onion.Chop mint/pudina and coriander leaves and add it.Add chaat masala powder, salt and red chilli powder.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Serve chilled.

Notes.

You can squeeze half a lemon for tangy taste.

You can add 2 green chillies finely chopped for extra spice flavour.

You can add tomatoes,cut pineapples or apples too along with this.

You add green chutney and swwet chutney and top it with omapodi/sev.
