Moong Anar Chaat
This Moong Anaar Chaat is a healthy snack option to nibble upon any time of the day.It is calorie free ,crunchy, tasty,filling and takes a few seconds to make.I pack daily a salad too for Ravi with his lunch and I made this a few days back.It was welcomed by all at home and I was all the more happy.

  1. Soak moong dal in water for half an hour.Deseed pomegranate seeds and keep aside.
  2. Grate carrot and chop cucumber and onion.Chop mint/pudina and coriander leaveAdd chaat masala powder,salt and red chilli powder.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Serve chilled.

You can squeeze half a lemon for tangy taste.

You can add 2 green chillies finely chopped for extra spice flavour.

You add green chutney and swwet chutney and top it with omapodi/sev.
