TIRANGA SOOJI CAKE

Independence Day is celebrated as a mark of freedom of our country from the British Rule. It is a National Holiday for all and it is celebrated throught the country with the usual pomp and gaiety. When we think of our country the tri colour instantly comes to all our minds. Keeping that in mind , I as a food blogger made a small attempt and gave the usual Sooji Cake to a Tri colour Sooji Cake. This can be easily made with the ingredients available at home and it was a pleasure to make this with three different colours . I had to pack a box of these to each of my husband’s and daughters’s friends office and college respectively.

Coming to the Sweet it is made with just four ingredients and can be made in a jiffy. The only thing to be borne in mind while making this is to give a constant stir and you will make it no time. Regarding the pan in which I have made this, I can speak a lot about the wonderful Premium Selec+ range from Nirlep which I have used here. The handles were sturdy to hold and the mixture was easy to stir in it as well. The most important part, the cleaning was so easy. I will be making so many healthy dishes with this and share with you all. As far as this sweet goes it is apt for the festive occasion. Wishing all my readers a Very Happy Inependence Day.
