PIZZA PARATHA

Who is not fond of pizzas and cheese? It is an universal food enjoyed by all at any time of the day. But bringing in a variety for kids is always a hard task and I made such an attempt by making this Pizza or lunch box. It is healthy version with wheat flour and vegetables loaded with cheese. It is a completely easy recipe and you can please anyone with this in no time. Unlike the other paratha varieties I have added the stuffing on top which is cheesy as well as tasty. But of course you can stuff it in the middle as well and it is purely left to your choice. I have added the available veggies at home, but the toppings list is endless, ranging from mushrooms, baby corn or olives. There is no refined flour or maida here and without compromising on the taste, the result is delicious.

Remember to cook on low flame as that will result in gooey cheesy pizza with a golden crust. Compared to the regular pizza making ritual, you can make this in a jiffy as you don’t have to wait for the dough to raise. It is a such a versatile recipe that you have so many options of stuffings and toppings. Similarly in place of wheat flour, you can even use mixed grain flours which is even more healthy. It so happened that once I tried this for dinner and it became a super hit at home. Then I made this again after sometime and gave for my daughter’s lunch box and clicked the pictures at leisure. It has no become at least twice in a month phenomenon to make this at home. Do try out this delectable paratha and give me feedbacks.
