This turned out to be one of the easiest masoor dal tikkis that i have tried. It is an easy peasy deal to make these cute little patties which are so very yum.You can have various combinations with these such as crumbled paneer, breadcrumbs and mint as well. You can add any of these to give a binding factor which will form the body of this tikki. As a blogger,I often read about the cusines around various parts of the world and learn a new thing each day.The cuisine of a particular region depends largely on the geographical location, soil, climate and occupations.Potato was introduced to india by the Portugese and called it Batata and cultivated it in the 17th century in the western coasts of India. Now we use potatoes in every recipe and kids live it to the core. Now over to today’s recipe..
