PEAS SOUP

It is very elegant to start any any meal with a soup as we all know they are very good appetizers.Peas soup is vibrant in green colour and is pleasing to the eyes as well with a unique flavour and creamy texture. This can be made as a broth as well and served with breads or simply as it is.I have made this with dried peas but you can make this with frashly shelled peas as well. Some add mint leaves for flavour, but since i didn’t have them, did not bother to add.But i have added carrots and onions for flavour and it really tasted great.
