I don’t like falooda very much,I am an ice cream and smoothie person.But when I was asked to contribute for Savorit Limited for their website I was happy to do this and I also had fresh strawberries in hand from Delhi. Falooda is cold beverage originating from South Asia popular in the Indian subcontinent.Traditionally it is made with mixing rose syrup,vermicelli, sabza seeds with milk and ice cream for more taste.The original recipe calls for making falooda with arrowroot whereas in the Indian version vermicelli is used.The different taste and flavours of falooda is the result of the Muslim invasion…
