Instructions
Wash citron leaves and dry them completely in a towel or paper.Make sure there is no moisture.
Make sure there is no moisture.
Remove each vein of the leaf as it may not be powdered easily when ground and may stuck in our throat.
Assemble all ingredients.
Take all the ingredients and put them in a blender.
Grind well.
Veppilai katti/Narthalai podi is ready.Eat with curd rice or anything you please.
