Ingredients
  • 10 Lemon Grass
  • 1/4cup coriander leaveswith stem
  • 4 Shallots
  • 2 Cloves
  • 3 garlic
  • 2inch Galangal / Thai Gingerbit
  • 1tsp lemon zest
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • 2 lemonLeaves
  • 2 basilLeaves
  • 2 – 3 ChillyGreen
  • 1/2tsp black pepperPowder
  • 1/2tsp cuminPowder
  • to taste salt
Instructions
  1. Grate lemon zest.In a plate keep ready all ingredients given in the table except,salt,lemon juice,black pepper powder and cumin powder.
  2. Keep all the ingredients given in the table except salt,lemon juice,black pepper powder and cumin powder.
  3. Place the ingredients in a blender.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice.
  5. Add cumin powder,black pepper powder and salt.
  6. Grind to a smooth paste.
  7. Thai Green Curry Paste is ready to be used in curries or noodles.

Notes

You can use this for making vegetable gravy.

Adding fresh basil leaves gives that unique Thai taste.

Add lemon zest for more flavour.
