  1. Wash and dry the palak leaves and remove the stock.Make a batter with the things given in the to make batter list.
  2. Take all the ingredients given in the for the batter list in a bowl.
  3. Add water and mix the batter.
  4. Dip palak leaves on the batter.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and drop in the coated palak leaves.
  6. Once golden brown,take them out.
  7. Arrange them on a plate.
  8. Add chopped cucumber and grated carrot on top of palak.
  9. Add now chopped tomato and onion.
  10. Add green chutney,sweet chutney,then sprinkle chaat masala and salt.
  11. Top it with sev and coriander leaves.
  12. Serve immediately with ginger tea.
