Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Chop all veggies finely.
  2. Except onions place all veggies with a little water in a pan.
  3. Adding a little turmeric pressure cook till 2 whistles.
  4. In a pan add oil one cinnamon stick with star anise.
  5. Transfer this to a blender along with grated coconut,roasted gram,green chilli,jeera and coriander leaves.
  6. Grind nicely.
  7. In a pan add oil and fry onions till pink.
  8. Add salt to the cooked veggies.
  9. Add ground paste and onions.
  10. Cook till raw smell goes away.
  11. Temper with mustard seeds and squeeze lemon.Garnish with coriander leaves.
  12. Serve hot with pooris or rotis.

You can add any vegetables of your choice.

Don’t over cook the vegetables.
