Ingredients
  • 1cup dosa batterIdli/
  • 1/4cup capsicum
  • 1/4cup cabbage
  • 1/4cup tomato
  • 1/4cup potato
  • 1/4cup onion
  • 1/4cup Beans
  • 1/4cup carrot
  • 1/2tsp mustard
  • 1/2tsp Channa dal
  • 1/2 tsp urad dal
  • 1/2tsp]]]]]] Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
  • To Taste salt
  • Oil( for roasting the dosa)
  • A Few curry leaves
  • A Few coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Chop vegetables and keep them ready.
  2. Take a pan and ad oil and mustard.Once it crackles add urad and channa dals.
  3. Add onions and fry till pink.
  4. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt.
  5. Add rest of the veggies and saute.
  6. If needed sprinkle some water.
  7. Once cooked switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
  8. Make dosas with the batter as you would normally do.Wait till it gets crispy on the sides.
  9. Spread the curry evenly over the dosa.
  10. Fold and serve immediately.
  11. Serve hot with your favourite chutney.

Notes

Add veggies as per your choice.

You can add slit green chillies too, but avoid if kids are eating.

No need to flip the dosa as on one side itself it has roasted.
