  1. Take a pan and dry roast coriander seeds.Once slightly brown,take them out.
  2. Now dry roast jeera.
  3. Now dry roast methi and take it out once it changes colour.
  4. Now roast mustard and urad dal.
  5. Now it turn for red chillies and curry leaves.Roast them too.
  6. Allow all ingredients to cool down.
  7. Once cooled place them on a blender.
  8. Grind coarsely.
  9. Udipi Rasam Powder is ready.Store in air light bottle.

  • You can a teaspoon of peppercorns,if you want.
  • You can keep this in an air tight container for a month.
  • If you want to less spicy,cut down red chillies as per your taste.
