Ingredients
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 beetroot
  • 1/2tsp Grated Ginger
  • 2tsp butter
  • 1tsp corn flour
  • To Taste salt
  • 2tsp Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
  1. Take the tomatoes and a piece of beetroot in a pan,immerse them in water and boil.
  2. After taking them out cool them.Chop onions finely and grate ginger.In a pan add butter followed by grated ginger and onion.Fry till pink.
  3. Strain water from tomatoes and place in a blender.Also add onion ginger mixture to this.
  4. Grind to a smooth texture.You may add a little water if you want so.
  5. Strain this mixture.
  6. Add corn flour mixture.
  7. Add butter, salt and black pepper powder.
  8. When it reaches a thick consistency switch off the flame.
  9. Enjoy this soup piping hot.

Notes

You can add a few mint leaves while sauteeing onions.

You can add a pod of garlis for extra taste.

Add more pepper if you want spicier.
