Instructions
Make vadas as you would do for medhu vadas.
In a bowl add water and boil and place fried vadas.
After 5 minutes remove vadas.
Take grated coconut,cumin seeds and green chillies.
Grind to a smooth paste.
Add the paste to the curd.
Mix well.
Temper in oil mustard and asafoetida and pour it to the curd mixture.
Add vadas.
Mix well and garnish with karaboondi, if you have some ,grated carrots and coriander leaves.

Notes
Ensure not to use sour curd for making vadas.
You can make curd vadas in advance and keep it chilled in fridge too.
After immersing in hot water and taking out the vadas you can soak them in curd to get a even more creamy texture.
