  1. Cook Kohinoor Super basmati rice in 2 1 1/2 cups of water.Cool down completely.
  2. Chop all veggies finely.
  3. In a pan add oil or butter and add jeera and onion.
  4. Once it turns pink add rest of the veggies.
  5. Add Pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.6.Wait till the vegetables are cooked.7.Add lemon juice. 8.Add cooked rice.9.Mix well.10.Garnish with coriander leaves.1111.Tawa Pulao is ready to be served.

You can add more red chilly powder for more spicy taste.
