  1. In a pan add sesame oil and add mustard,urad dal, channa dal,asafoetida and red chilly.When they crackle and the dals turn golden brown ad sukku powder,coriander powder and pepper powder.Add salt and switch off the flame.
  2. Add now curry leaves and cashews.
  3. As the dals turn brown add coriander powder,dry ginger powder and black pepper powder.
  4. Add cooked rice.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Yummy sukku malli milagu sadam is ready.Serve or pack for lunch with chips.curry or your favourite papad.

Notes

You can avoid red chilly if you are packing for kids.

Make sure the rice grains are seperate and cooled.
