Ingredients
  • 1tsp gingerDry powder/Sukku powder .
  • 1tsp corianderpowder
  • 1tsp black pepperpowder
  • 1tsp mustard
  • 1tsp urad dal
  • 1tsp Channa dal
  • 1 red chilli
  • a few Cashewnuts
  • 1tbsp ame oil
  • to taste salt
  • sprig curry leavesa
  • 1pinch asafoetida
  • 1cup riceCooked
Instructions
  1. In a pan add sesame oil and add mustard,urad dal, channa dal,asafoetida and red chilly.
  2. Add now curry leaves and cashews.
  3. Add coriander powder,dry ginger powder and black pepper powder.
  4. Add cooked rice.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Yummy sukku malli milagu sadam is ready.Serve or pack for lunch with chips.curry or your favourite papad.

Notes

You can avoid red chilly if you are packing for kids.

Make sure the rice grains are seperate and cooled.

Use sesame oil for extra taste.
