  1. Boil soya chunks in water.
  2. Cool and strain.
  3. Boil potato,mash it and keep the vegetables chopped and ready.
  4. Add groundnuts and roasted gram in a blender.
  5. Powder them.
  6. In the blender powder and soya chunks.
  7. Blend.
  8. Add boiled potatoes,cut veggies,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and salt.
  9. Add coriander leaves and knead well.
  10. Make balls out of the dough.
  11. Deep fry them in oil.
  12. Take them in a kitchen tissue.
  13. Insert a tooth pick and serve hot with tomato sauce.

  • You may add carrots ,cauliflower or any vegetable.
  • You can grind green chillies and add if kids are eating.
  • You can add bread crumbs too if you find the dough a little loose.
