Ingredients
  • 1/2cup soyaChunks |
  • 2 potato|
  • 1 onion|
  • 1 tomato|
  • 1/2tsp Cumin / Jeera|
  • 1/2tsp ginger(grated) |
  • 1/4tsp ChillyRed Powder |
  • 1/2tsp masalaKitchen King |
  • 1/4tsp turmericPowder |
  • to taste salt|
  • 1tsp corn flour|
  • 2tsp Oil
Instructions
  1. In a pan add water and put soya chunks to it .
  2. Cook till soft.
  3. Chop onion and tomato,boil potatoes and peel their skin and keep ready.
  4. Add oil in a pan add oil and jeera.
  5. When onion has turned pink add chopped tomato.
  6. Add corn flour mixed in water.
  7. Add potatoes.
  8. Add soya chunks and salt to taste.
  9. Toss well so the flavours get amalgamated easily.
  10. Serve hot with rotis or phulkas

Notes

Squeeze water well before adding to the pan.

Ad red chilli powder in place of green chillies as a variation

Adding coconut milk in place of corn flour mixture also adds to the taste.
