Instructions
In boiling water add soya chunks for 5 minutes.
Once they turn softer drain.
Chop onions,tomato and capsicum.
In a kadai add oil and fry onion till pink.
Add garam masala,turmeric and red chilli powders and salt.
Once fried add capsicum and tomato.
When all the veggies have fried add soya chunks by crushing them with your hand.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Enjoy with hot rotis or even pooris.

Notes
You can add peas,cauliflower or any chopped vegetable of your choice.
Addition of ginger garlic paste while frying onions also enhances the taste.
You can make a katti roll of thisĀ by rolling in a roti and pack for lunch for kids.
