Ingredients

Oil -for deep frying+for frying sauteeing the chunks
Instructions
Boil soya chunks in water and once it gets soft.
Strain and keep it aside.
Grate ginger and crush garlic.
Add maida,corn flour,half of the quantity of red chilli powder,garam masala powder,grated ginger,crushed garlic and salt.
Add water and make a batter with little water.The batter should be like neither too thin nor too thick.
Add soya chunks.
In a pan of hot oil fry in batches coated soya chunks.Wait till they turn golden brown.
Take them out.
Take them on a tissue paper.In a pan add oil followed by grated ginger and crushed garlic.Also add green chilly and curry leaves.
Add in a pan oil,grated ginger crushed garlic ,green chilly and curry leaves.
Add red chilly powder,garam masala powder,chaat masala powder and salt..
Add curd.
Mix well till moisture is absorbed and oil leaves the sides of the pan.
Switch off the flame.
Add fried soya chunks.
Toss well.
Soya 65 is ready to be served.Serve it as a snack or as a starter to grace any occasion.

If you want a chinese twist add in the last half a teaspoon of soya sauce.
Adding jeera powder also enhances the taste.
Chilli powder can be substituted for pepper powder.
