Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Savorit Sevai
  • 3Cups water
  • 3/4Cup curd
  • 1/8Cuo green bean
  • 2tsp Dry Grapes
  • 1/2Number carrot
  • 1Sprig curry leaves
  • A Few coriander
  • To Taste salt
TO TEMPER
  • 1/2tsp mustard
  • 1/2tsp Channa dal
  • 1Number green chilli
  • 1/2tsp asafoetida
Instructions
  1. In a wide bowl add boiling water to instant sevai. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain and keep aside.
  3. Temper the ingredients given in the to temper table.In a bowl add cooked sevai, grated carrot and tempering.
  4. Now add green grapes, dry grapes, curry and coriander leaves.
  5. Add thick curd and salt.
  6. Mix well. Sevai Bagalabath.
  7. Serve Sevai Bagalabath chilled.
Recipe Notes

Use thick curd for best results.

Temper with curd chilly or red chilly in place of green chilly.

You can add boondi as garnishing also.
