Ingredients
  • 8 Papdis
  • 1/4cup Sev
  • 1/2cup potatoesBoiled and cubed
  • 1/2tsp Green Chutney
  • 1/2tsp Sweet Chutney
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • Saltas per taste
  • 1/2tsp Red ChilliPowder
  • 1/2tsp CuminPowder
  • 1/2tsp Chaat MasalaPowder
  • a few Coriander Leaves( Chopped)
  • 1tsp Lime Juice
Instructions
  1. Assemble all ingredients in one place.
  2. In a plate arrange papdis or pooris and on top of it place boiled and cubed potato pieces.
  3. Add chopped onion and tomatoes.
  4. Add green chutney on top.
  5. Now add sweet chutney on top.
  6. Sprinkle sev on top.
  7. Add chopped coriander and squeeze lime juice.
  8. Mix well and serve.Sev Puri is ready.Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use papdis or puris for making sev puri.
  • You can keep them as a whole or break them to pieces as per your convenience.
  • You can add grated carrots or pomegranate seeds as a topping.
