  1. In a pan add oil and add white part of spring onion,ginger and garlic pieces.
  2. Add rest of the veggies like carrot,cabbage,capsicumand spring onions.
  3. Cook till soft.
  4. Add schezwan sauce ,salt and white pepper powder.Fry till they get incorporated into the veggies.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add cooked rice.
  7. Mix well and garnish with spring onions.
  8. Serve hot with schezwan baby potato or any of your favourite starter.

Notes

Add tomato sauce to the rice,if you want the rice spicy.

Adding ginger-garlic paste in place of ginger-garlic pieces is another option.
