Ingredients
  • 1cup cornkernels
  • 1 tomatosmall
  • 10 BeansFrench
  • 1 onionsmall
  • 2tsp butter
  • to taste salt
  • 2small sprigs rosemary
  • 1/2tsp red chillipowder
  • 1/2tsp black pepperpowder
  • a few coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Boil corn in a cup of water.Chop vegetables and keep them ready.
  2. Strain corn when cooked.
  3. Chop vegetables and keep it ready.
  4. In a pan add butter and oil.We add both because if we add only butter the whole curry will change the colour.
  5. Add onion and fry till pink.
  6. Add rest of the vegetables and cook till done.
  7. Add cooked corn kernels now to the cooked vegetables.Also add salt red chilli powder and pepper.
  8. Take rosemary.
  9. Add crushed rosemary to the corn mixture.Add now chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Serve as it is or as tortilla wrap,sandwich stuffing etc.

Notes

You can add carrots, capsicum, peas etc.

Always ad rosemary crushed.It adds to the flavour.

I made a sandwich and used this as filling.

You can eat this as a snack as well.
