  1. Boil corn in a cup of water.Chop vegetables and keep them ready.
  2. Strain when cooked.
  3. Chop vegetables and keep it ready.
  4. In a pan add butter and oil.We add both because if we add only butter the whole curry will change the colour.
  5. Add onion and fry till pink.
  6. Add rest of the vegetables and cook till done.
  7. Add cooked corn kernels now to the cooked vegetables.Also add salt and pepper.Crush rosemary with your hands and sprinkle all over the corn veg mixture.Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Take rosemary.
  9. Add crushed rosemary to the corn mixture.Add now chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Serve as it is or as tortilla wrap,sandwich stuff etc.

You can add carrots, capsicum, peas etc.

Always ad rosemary crushed.It adds to the flavour.
