Ingredients
  • 1/4kg Ricesona masuri-
  • can You use any other variety .
Instructions
  1. Wash the rice in water 3-4 times and soak it for 1 hour.
  2. Drain the water completely and spread it on a clean cloth.
  3. Once all the water is absorbed in the cloth put it in a blender little by little in batches.
  4. Grind nicely.
  5. Sieve it so that you get the fine powder.You will get rava on the top of the sieve,put in in the next batch of rice and grind the remaining rice to get a soft and nice powder.
  6. Once you have seived all the rice powder slightly roast it in a pan without changing the colour of the rice flour so as to remove extra moisture in the flour,if any.
  7. Rice flour that too homemade is ready for use.

Notes

If you have a flour mill nearby wash, dry  rice and grind in a mill.

Don’t skip to roast the flour as it may get spoilt if it has even tiny bit of moisture.
