Ingredients

cup
Wheat Flour
.1/4
cup
water
as needed appx
to taste
salt
1/8
tsp
sugar
ghee
/1/2 Oil/ to mix while kneading
Instructions
In a wide bowl add wheat flour,water,salt.sugar and last but not the least oil/ghee .
Knead well.
The dough should be neither sticky nor hard.
Make small balls.
With the help of a rolling pin,flatten it.
Take oil in a kadai a nd let it heat well.Drop the pooris and fry till golden brown.With the help of the laddle pour oil on the pooris.
Flip and take out.
Take out and serve immediately with potato masala or kurma.

Notes
Always ensure the oil is hot before dropping.
You can add sugar to the dough to get that brown colour.
Always keep the oil in abroad kadai for proper puffing.
