Ingredients
  • 1/2cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4cup Peanut Flour
  • 1/4cup Gram FlourRoasted
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1/4tsp Red ChilliPowder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1tsp Ghee
  • 2sprigs Curry Leaves
  • deerOil-to fry
Instructions
  1. Powder roasted gram and peanut seperately in a mixer.Add in a bowl,rice flour,peanut flour and roasted gram flour.
  2. Add chopped onions,green chillies,red chilli powder,ghee,curry leaves and salt to the flour mixture.
  3. Sprinkling water make a dough.
  4. In a pan of hot oil slowly drop in the pakodas as round balls.
  5. Take out when golden brown.
  6. Place them on a tissue to absorb excess oil.
  7. Enjoy Pattnam Pakodas with Masala Chai.

Notes

Add cashew nuts for richness.

You can ginger garlic paste to the dough.

You can add a teaspoon of hot oil to the dough for that crispiness.
