Ingredients
  • 1cup papaya-(chopped)
  • 2 banana-small
  • 2tsp honey
  • 4tsp oats
  • 2cups milkChilled –
Instructions
  1. Chop papaya and banana and keep it ready.
  2. Add oats.
  3. Add honey .
  4. Grind to a paste.
  5. Add chilled milk.
  6. Blend again.
  7. Serve chilled and consume immediately.

Notes

  • Papaya and banana when blended tends to get thicker.So add more milk if required.
  • You can add cornflakes too in place of oats.
  • You can replace honey with sugar.
