Ingredients
  • 18 – 20 paneerCubes |
  • 2tbsps yogurtThick |
  • 1/2tsp masalaTandoori |
  • 1/2tsp red chilliPowder |
  • 1/4tsp chaat masala|
  • 1 capsicum|
  • 1 onion|
  • 1/4tsp methiKasoori |
  • to taste salt|
  • 2tsp Oil
Instructions
  1. Take paneer cubes.
  2. Add red chili powder,tandoori masala,chaat masala and salt.Now add kassori methi.
  3. Add now thick curd or yogurt.Mix well.
  4. Mix well and keep aside for half an hour.
  5. Take a tawa and add oil to it. Once it gets heated places all paneer cubes and shallow fry on both sides.
  6. Flip to the other side and fry .
  7. In a pan take some oil and deep fry cubed capsicum.
  8. And onion.
  9. Take all ingredients in a plate
  10. Arrange and serve in skewers by placing one by one paneer ,capsicum and onion respectively

Notes.

You can use pineapple cubes,tomato cubes or cucumber cubes too.

In place of tandoori masala you can add kitchen king masala.

Adding chaat masala enhances the taste.
