Ingredients
  • a few coriander leaves|
  • 1 tomato|
  • 2 Clove|
  • 1pod garlic|
  • 1cup basmati rice|
  • 10 paneerCubes |
  • 1/2tsp Cumin / Jeera|
  • 1 onion|
  • to taste salt|
  • 2tsp Oil
Instructions
  1. Take coriander leaves,tomato clove and garlic in a blender..
  2. Grind to a smooth paste.
  3. Cut paneer in cubes and shallow fry them and keep aside.
  4. Fry them till golden brown.
  5. Soak rice in water for half an hour.
  6. In a cooker add oil and jeera.Also add chopped onion.
  7. Add ground paste .
  8. Add soaked rice.
  9. Add cubed paneer pieces and salt.
  10. Add 1 1/2 cups of water.
  11. Cook for 2-3 whistles
  12. Paneer pulao is ready.

Notes.

You can add green chilles while grinding if you want pulao to be more spicy.

Adding cinnamon powder will enhance the flavour.

Adding ghee in place of oil also adds to the taste.
