Ingredients
  • 1cup dosa batterIdli / |
  • 1/2cup paneer(scrambled) |
  • 1 onion|
  • 1 capsicum|
  • 1 tomato|
  • 1/2tsp red chilliPowder |
  • 1/4tsp turmericPowder |
  • 1/2tsp Cumin / Jeera|
  • 1 ChillyGreen |
  • to taste salt|
  • 3tsp Oil (for stuffing and roasting dosa )
Instructions
  1. Scramble paneer and keep it ready.
  2. In a pan add oil followed by jeera and green chilli.
  3. Add now chopped onion and capsicum.
  4. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
  5. Add chopped tomato and salt to taste.
  6. Add scrambled paneer now,mixing at regular intervals.
  7. Paneer stuffing for dosa is ready.Cool completely.
  8. Make dosa on a tawa as you normally do.
  9. Spread evenly the paneer stuffing on the dosa.Pour a bit of oil to get a nice roast.
  10. Fold it and wait till it turns crisp.
  11. Paneer dosa is ready.Serve hot with chutney

Notes

Add grated carrots or peas with capsicum for extra taste

You can add garam masala or pav bhaji masala in place of red chilli powder

Adding freshly chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves alongwith paneer stuffing also adds a nice taste.
