  1. In a bowl add rice flour,salt,garam masala powder,fennel powder,chaat masala powder,red chilly powder,orange food colour and curd.
  2. Add water and mix it to a fine batter.
  3. Cut paneer cubes and dip them in the batter so as to coat them well.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai and slowly drop in the coated panner cubes on to the hot oil.
  5. Take them out when brown.
  6. Drain on a paper tissue.
  7. Fry curry leaves and add to the fried paneer cubes.Mix well and serve hot with tomato ketchup/sauce.

Notes

You can add cauliflower florets in place of paneer cubes,but make sure you dip the florets in turmeric added hot water to remove insects,if any.

You can add chopped green chilies as a garnish,if kids are not eating.
