Ingredients
  • 1/2cup maida
  • 1/4cup corn flour
  • 2tsp rice flour
  • 2 Onions
  • pinch baking sodaa
  • 1/2tsp red chillipowder
  • 1/4cup buttermilk
  • to taste salt
  • Oil(for deep frying)
Instructions
  1. Take maida,corn flour,rice flour along with baking soda,red chilly powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add buttermilk .
  3. Mix well without any lumps.
  4. Slices onions as shown in the shape of rings.Put the rings in batter and coat well.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry till golden brown.
  6. Once done take them out.
  7. Take in a tissue paper.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

Don’t forget to add buttermilk as this imparts a unique flavour.

Adding a pod of crushed garlic to the batter will also add to the taste.

Serve immediately.
