Instructions
  1. Grate radish,squeeze juice from it and keep aside.
  2. In a kadai add oil and jeera.
  3. Add grated radish ,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Fry till moisture is absorbed.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.Cool completely.
  6. Stuffing is ready.
  7. In a wide bowl add wheat flour,gram flour,salt,oil and required amount of water.
  8. Knead to a soft dough.
  9. Make ball and roll it.
  10. Place the stuffing in the centre.
  11. Cover it by joining the sides.Make a ball again with stuffing inside.
  12. Roll the paratha by dusting flour.
  13. In a tawa add oil and place the rolled paratha.
  14. Cook on both sides.
  15. Flip to the the other side and cook.
  16. Mooli Paratha /Radish Paratha is ready.Serve it hot with any sabzi or pickle.

  • You can add an onion alongwith radish.
  • You can add garam masala powder in place of chilli powder.
  • Smear parathas with ghee while serving for extra taste.
