Ingredients
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Carrot
  • A Fistful Green Peas
  • 10 Florets Cauliflower
  • 10 Florets Brocoli
  • 1tsp Mustard
  • 1tsp Cumin / Jeera
  • 1pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1tsp Garam Masala
  • 1tsp Oil
  • To Taste Salt
Instructions
  1. Chop vegetables finely.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds and cumin to splutter.
  3. Add all the veggies and add garam masala,turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Allow it to cook for sometime till soft tender.
  5. Serve it hot with rotis.

Notes

You can also add cut pieces of paneer along with vegetables.

Tomatoes can be pureed and added to the veggies.

You could also add ginger garlic paste.
