Instructions
  1. Boil Potatoes and peel them.Mash with the help of a fork nicely.
  2. In a pan add butter and crushed garlic.
  3. Now add mashed potatoes.
  4. Add milk .
  5. And salt to taste.
  6. Add grated cheese.
  7. And black pepper powder.
  8. Add mixed herbs and mix well.
  9. Serve with any bread or just as it is.

  • Add more milk if you find the potatoes dry.
  • Add some more cheese at the time of serving for more taste.
  • You can top with fresh cream too.
