Instructions
In a pan add sesame oil and mustard.Once mustard crackles add urad dal,channa dal and green chilli.Add now curry leaves,asafoetida and turmeric powder.
Grate raw mango and keep ready.
Cook and cool the rice completely.
Add the temperings and grated mango with salt to taste.

Mango Rice is ready.Serve with any chips.

- Notes
- Adding red chilli also adds to the taste.
- Choose mango which is of medium sourness,otherwise rice will be too sour.
- Adding groundnuts adds a nice crunch to rice.
