Ingredients
  • 1cup Kara Boondi
  • 1 cup Omapodi
  • 1cup Ribbon Pakoda
  • 1cup Mullu Murukku
  • 1/4cup Beaten Rice
  • 1/4 cup Groundnuts
  • 1/4cup Roasted Gram
  • 1tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • A Few Cashewnuts
  • A Few Raisins
  • To Taste salt
  • Oil(for deep drying)
Instructions
  1. In a kadai heat oil and add beaten rice to hot oil to fry.
  2. Take them out.
  3. Add groundnuts to fry.
  4. Take them out.
  5. Add roasted gram to fry.
  6. Take them out.
  7. Fry cashews and raisins.
  8. Take them out.

  13. As mentioned in the table crush omapodi,ribbon pakoda and mullu murukku to bite size pieces and mix all the items.Add salt,red chilly powder,pepper powder for enhancing the taste.Store in a tight container
